🚧 The Challenge

Laufer Zahntechnik is a German dental lab known for its precision-crafted products like crowns, bridges, and splints—each custom-made to meet the specifications of individual dentists and patients. While their craftsmanship was exceptional, their manual, spreadsheet-based quotation system had become a bottleneck.

Each quote required navigating 50+ product combinations, factoring in material types, labor time, and patient-specific modifications. The process was time-consuming, error-prone, and hard to scale—slowing down dentist-lab communication and reducing operational efficiency.

💡 The Solution

To simplify and streamline this process, I designed and developed a custom web application that allows both Laufer’s team and their dentist clients to generate accurate, real-time quotes from any device.
